Eddie has been my trainer for just over a year now. The results I have achieved to date are largely due to Eddie’s challenging, creative and most importantly fun workouts. Eddie wasted no time testing my boundries. The exercises that he implements are incredible. His ideas are always innovative. He pushes my body to its limits and gives me inspiration to go further. Although, I hate him for the hour we are working out, when we are done, I feel awesome!
He is professional, has extensive knowledge and is enthusiastic about his work and ultimately his clients. He has not only retrained my body but my attitude as well. He has instilled a confidence I never knew I had. At 34, I’m happier and healthier than I ever was in my 20’s.

My Crossfit journey began in August 2009. Eddie was one of the trainers. Eddie was alway encouraging. When Eddie was leading the class, I always new that it would be a “heavy” workout. This means that barbells were used with heavy weights. He ensured that I had the proper technique while I was doing the workouts. Due t…o my work situation, I no longer train with Eddie. I am at a different Crossfit location, yet I would certainly train with Eddie again. Rock on, Eddie!

My name is Josh, I’ve been training with Eddie at Steelcity Crossfit in Dundas, which has now moved to Phoenix Fitness – for about 8 months now. While Eddie isn’t always my trainer when I go to the classes, he’s definitely one of the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of training with.
